Use only a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Wet hair with cool water and rub product through hair using downward strokes, never pile hair on top of head and massage as this causes tangling. Rinse thoroughly. Use a wide-tooth comb or Denman brush to gently detangle hair from the tips towards the roots. Let air dry. At night put hair in a high ponytail, or twist/braid hair and cover with a silk bonnet.
