Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays . All orders received after 5pm will begin the next business day.
Please allow 3-5 days for all orders to be processed. We need this time to properly process your order for accuracy and deliver of goods for shipment.
If your order is submitted with a PO Box in the Shipping section, we will contact you to choose an alternate address.
You will receive an email or text with tracking number and expected date of delivery in form of an email, to the email address that was provided by you in your purchase order from Operations@PrettyGirlRocks.net.
We deliver to the United States only, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Customer must be aware of state laws in which they live. Consumer is responsible for any and all applicable state taxes and fees that may be associated.
All other Countries please contact us through the website and select special order in the drop down in the subject bar, and we will see if we can accommodate your request.
A signature is required for all of our orders to be delivered. It is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.
